The project “C.I.C.O. – Growth and Innovation in Orthopedic Surgery”, submitted by Orthokey Italia S.r.l.,
aimed to strengthen the company’s internationalisation process and consolidate its presence in strategic
foreign markets, with particular reference to the United States, Brazil and Russia.

The activities carried out concerned specialist support for internationalisation, the analysis of commercial
opportunities, technical and regulatory oversight of the target markets, and participation in international
events, trade fairs and networking opportunities. The project also included actions aimed at promoting
Orthokey’s solutions and building relationships with qualified operators, partners, stakeholders and
interlocutors in the orthopedic and medical device sectors.

To support the company’s international growth path, the programme also included the enhancement of
corporate digital tools for data analysis, document management and the strengthening of cybersecurity,
contributing to improved security, operational continuity and efficiency of the business processes
connected to activities in foreign markets.

Through the project, Orthokey Italia S.r.l. strengthened its international positioning, consolidating skills,
tools and strategic relationships useful for the company’s commercial and technological development in the
field of orthopedic surgery assisted by advanced technologies.
